Ezone is a well maintained gaming arena with plenty of activities to choose from. They have go karting, bowling, a shooting range, racing simulators, arcade games, and several other attractions, so it's easy to spend a few hours here. The quality of the games and equipment is noticeably better than most other gaming arenas, and that is reflected in the pricing as well. It is more expensive than similar places, but the overall experience is also better. There are also food outlets inside, which is convenient if you're planning to spend a longer time here. Overall, a good place for families, friends, or anyone looking for a variety of entertainment.

My team from office went here for gokarting and bowling on weekday. Monday to be exact. We need to pay 100 rupees for car parking and 20 rupees for bike parking. For bikes, there is no shade but just security under the sun. Atmosphere and maintenance of the place is pretty awesome. Staff are courteous and professional. We played bowling and gokarting. Both were very good. One of the best track, kart and safety I have seen. I didn’t even knew we will get rankings and kart would stop automatically after 8 minutes. Price wise it’s costly but worth it given the ambience and maintainance.

The track design is amazing with high-speed stretches, sharp turns, and super thrilling curves. The highlight point is the high-speed straight section – pure adrenaline rush! The grip, safety measures, and overall maintenance are really good. Such an exciting and unforgettable experience. If you love speed and thrill, this place is a must-visit! 🏁

We had an extremely disappointing experience with the valet parking service. Despite paying for the facility, their employee caused significant damage to our vehicle. The actual repair cost is more than three times the compensation offered, yet we were only given ₹3,000 after repeated arguments. In addition to the damage, our car’s petrol tank was completely full when we handed over the vehicle. However, when it was returned, a significant amount of fuel had been used. It appears the car was driven unnecessarily, including to a garage and later to our home. This clearly indicates misuse of our vehicle, but the management refused to acknowledge or compensate for the fuel loss. The management initially committed to paying ₹8,000 and delivering the car to our doorstep. However, they failed to honor this promise, stopped responding to our calls, and attempted to avoid payment altogether. When we revisited the location, we were met with rude and uncooperative behavior from the staff. There was also a communication issue, as they refused to speak in English, which made the situation more difficult since we are from a different state. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they created a confrontational environment. After significant pressure, they only provided ₹3,000 and handled the situation unprofessionally, without taking full responsibility. This experience shows a serious lack of accountability, professionalism, and trustworthiness. We strongly advise others not to rely on their valet service or trust this establishment. Worst experience
