Eatible Delights

I used Eatible Delights for catering for a small corporate lunch. Everyone truly loved the food and made sure to let me know how much they enjoyed it. The delivery and set up was on time, and the delivery person was very courteous and helpful. And while the lunch was meant to be simple, I appreciate the extra touch with the bouquet of flowers and the attention to detail when setting up. It let me know I can trust them for our much larger gatherings for the future. There were small nuances that I didn't really like. I asked specifically for no bottled waters. We are a clean drinking water company, using our own water filter technology and don't ascribe to the whole bottled water culture. I also asked specifically for a majority of diet coke to swap out for the bottled waters. We didn't get those and we were still given bottled waters. While it may seem small to others, it is a thing for the people in this particular office. Aside from that, everything was very lovely. Thank you

I hired Edible Delights Catering for my retirement celebration on July 4th, and they exceeded all expectations. The food was absolutely delectable, prepared to perfection, and highly praised by everyone there. Each dish had its own unique mouth-watering taste. The presentation was beautiful and they took particular care to match my color scheme with their decor. What truly set them apart was their staff—the chef and servers were professional, polite, and outstanding throughout the entire event. They made the whole experience stress-free and wonderful.

Had my wedding reception on June 22nd. I had fried chicken salmon , macaroni & Cheese, strings beans, salad, dinner rolls. And drinks Everything was very good.I really enjoyed the salmon. The food was good but it seemed the portions were small at first. We had to ask for more than three pieces of roasted potatoes. They ran out of utensils which forced me to eat my dessert with my fingers. When we were gathering ourselves to leave the event when the servers were a bit aggressive with clearing the tables. Many people were taking pictures and placed their wrapped desserts on the table to take home and when they came back it was gone. These were elderly people that may not get to see each other again. All I am asking is a little patience and be better prepared. Excellence should not matter if you are serving an executive event or a family gathering. Thank you for your time.

We ordered the Full Pan Pork Spare Ribs and they were prepared perfectly. We came all the way from South Jersey to get these. We can't wait to try the brisket. Great place, great staff, amazing food! 100 percent recommend!
