What a beautiful restaurant with an extremely thoughtful menu. You cannot order wrong as every single thing we ate was perfection. The chef makes all food. sauces, desserts & cocktails in house. It was so nice to have a vegetarian crispy rice option. The homemade mochi dessert made with Japanese sugar and soy caramel was truly mind blowing. Our server, Natalie, did a wonderful job guiding us through the menu and giving recommendations. The entire staff gave wonderful hospitality and could answer every question we came up with.
Came here on a random weekday for dinner and I’m glad we made the trip off the strip.
Our server, I believe her name was Robin, was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We got the chilled seasonal oysters, uni toast, jewelry box to share, A-5 wagyu foie gras roll, and sweet shrimp/scallop/caviar. I recommend eating the sweet shrimp/scallop/ caviar last before dessert. Something about it gave a lasting impression, forgot to take a photo of it. And for dessert we chose the strawberry shortcake. Apparently they imported a lot of their ingredients to make this strawberry shortcake but I might be wrong
We liked how most of the stuff was made in house, like the soy sauce. You rarely see restaurants making their own soy sauce. Everything tasted fresh.
One thing I didn’t care for is that they played edm, I like edm and I know we’re in Vegas and that’s the music choice everywhere but even acoustic edm would have been better for the atmosphere. Anyways I’d come here again whenever I’m in town

New restaurant that I highly recommend to visit.
Me and my friends had excellent dinner tonight. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff and fresh food. Each position from the menu deserves to be tried.
Wagye beef gyoza, mushroom medley, shishito pepper, uni toast and sweet shrimp/scalope/caviar from appetizers was top starters that I definitely ordered again next time.
Precious plate sashimi, king crab roll and a5 Wagye as main was delicious.
Mochi green tea restaurant version was interesting.

If you’re craving premium japanese cuisine, Doanburi will not disappoint. Fish was super fresh, you can tell they care about the quality of cuts they’re serving. Everything tasted high quality without being overcomplicated. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Thank you to Sai and Chef Jae for such a welcoming and pleasant experience.

This place is definitely worth all the praise and Chef Jae deserves her flowers for Doanburi. The dining room is so beautiful and luxe, with service being welcoming the second you walk in.
The fish is fresh and colorful, and the accompanying ingredients are well thought out and beautifully prepared. No gimmicks. Just gorgeous food. The housemade soy sauce really brought everything up a few notches. The freshly made wasabi is also worth adding to the dishes. We ordered the treasure box, surf and turf, and crabby crab roll, and a few starters. I don't think you could make a wrong choice here. If you have room for dessert the mochi ice cream has a soy sauce caramel that is highly craveable. I can't wait to return and enjoy this restaurant with friends and try more menu items.
