Happy hour, particularly on Sundays and after 9 pm, is a popular time due to good pricing, though it can be very busy. Lunch and dinner are also well-regarded, with the restaurant accommodating families on weekends.
Went here with the family on the weekend for lunch and really enjoyed our time. We were able to be seated right away beside a window and the servers were prompt and attentive. Everyone got their own menu and we had our own salt and pepper at the table, just like a normal restaurant. The food was very good. The only hiccup was what I planned to order from the features menu was unavailable. My server was able to suggest a modified meal that would work for me. We also ordered the Dessert in a Jar which was really, really good.
Wow!!! Was blown away by the chicken slider! I normally don’t even like chicken but the chicken here was so juicy and tender it was even better than a juicy beef burger. It was the best chicken slider I ever had. Tried their happy hour Sundays which was such great pricing. Every food item was delicious from the queen bee pizza with nice melty cheese to the tasty carnitas tacos. The crispy salmon sushi was delicious with nice crunch. Truffle fries were average as the fries were not crispy but on the soggy side. The burger was above average and juicy.

I've been coming to this location for a while now, and even more so over the past week. From the bottom of my heart, I have to say this place and one person in particular left a lasting impression on me.
A few days ago, after leaving VGH, I stopped in by myself and sat at the bar. Unfortunately, I've been spending a lot of time there as my dad is in his final days, and I just needed a quiet moment to myself. I ordered a beer, and the bartender casually asked if I had any plans. It's such a simple question, but when you're going through something like that, it's incredibly hard to answer without feeling emotional.
His response was filled with genuine compassion. He shared a story from his own childhood, and something about that conversation stayed with me long after I left. I found myself telling my parents and a few close friends about it because it meant that much.
Last night, some of my closest friends wanted to get together, say their goodbyes, and have a beer, so I brought them to Craft. We sat on the patio, had an amazing server who took wonderful care of us, and the food was absolutely incredible.
Then something happened that completely caught me off guard. The bartender recognized me from the day before, came over, discounted our bill, and even bought us a round of drinks. He didn't have to do that. That simple act of kindness, especially during one of the hardest times of my life, meant more than I can put into words. It honestly brought tears to my eyes.
In a world where people are often rushing from one thing to the next, being remembered and shown that kind of compassion is something I'll never forget.
Craft will always hold a special place in my heart because of the kindness your team showed me when I needed it most.
I can't recommend this place enough. The drinks are fantastic, the food is outstanding, and the service is truly second to none. Thank you to everyone at Craft, and especially to the bartender who reminded me that even the smallest act of kindness can make the heaviest days feel just a little bit lighter.

It was ok time here. Was here for happy hour after 9pm. It was very busy we had to wait 15-20mins. The drinks are as expected, the fries was soggy, the salmon “fried” rice was ok, the bee pizza was good and the lettuce wrap with chicken / tofu was good.
The service was friendly until the end where we had to ask three times for the bill after waiting 20-30mins from different people. And asking for a takeout box took 20mins twice.

Dropped by late one night for a quick bite and were very pleasantly surprised. Despite being late on a Sunday evening, the service was outstanding. Our server was Hayley, and she was absolutely amazing. Very pleasant and warm. Liam, another server, helped with our order and took the time to ensure we were happy with what we ordered. Both were extremely polite and courteous, made us feel so comfortable. The food was great except one, but Hayley rectified it immediately. By far one of the best restaurants we’ve eaten at in a very long time. We’re most def returning. Thank you.
