I’ve been to Chick-fil-A locations all over, and one thing they’re usually known for is friendly service, efficiency, and employees who genuinely seem happy to help. Unfortunately, this location was the complete opposite.
The food itself was decent, but the service and management need significant improvement. There was only one customer ahead of me, the restaurant wasn’t busy, and I still waited around 15 minutes for a cup of soup and an order of fries after the customer in front of me had already received their food.
Most of the employees appeared to have no sense of urgency. Several were joking around with each other while customers were waiting, and the overall atmosphere felt disorganized. Some of the younger staff seemed uncomfortable interacting with customers, making the experience feel awkward rather than welcoming.
The one exception was a gentleman who was constantly cleaning and staying productive. He stood out because he was focused, efficient, and appeared to take pride in his work.
This location doesn’t reflect the standard of service Chick-fil-A is known for. Better management, stronger leadership, and improved customer service training would make a huge difference.
We had such a wonderful experience, and we especially want to give a shout-out to Jonnah. She was truly the sweetest, nicest, and kindest person. Her big smile and warm attitude made our day and turned the whole experience into something memorable. It is rare to meet someone who is so genuinely welcoming and pleasant, and Jonnah deserves to be recognized for that. Thank you for the great service and for making us feel so well taken care of.
Wanted to leave a good review for the employee taking orders outside, Christian. His customer service was great! When we got to the window we decided to let the older woman with a name starting with a D know that he was great & she proceeded to ignore us and scoff while asking who was Christian. Then proceeded to insinuate that the managers wouldn’t care about a good review about their employee, Christian. Oof. Service was great until we reach her highly unpleasant attitude at the window.
We came in from a road trip and were very disappointed not to have a playground as that's the only reason we decided to stop here. We ordered our food ahead of time so luckily we got it within 10 minutes, but if we saw the lines there is no way we would have stopped. Now the drinks took almost 30 minutes to come out. We ordered those through the app when we got there. I've never had that long of a wait at other chicfilas. This towns mind would be blown to know most chifilas in my city get you in and out in less than 3 minutes. It was the busiest chicfila I've ever been to. Lines were wrapped around the building with complete standstills and the lines inside were just as bad. That being said, the employees need a raise for working so hard through all of that stress. It must be very understaffed to have such long wait times. Mabe another chicfila needs to open up down the road to accommodate for the demand.
Everyone is nice and the food is consistent but the wait at this location is insane. They may benefit from hiring more staff because chick fil a is usually efficient in their drive through and this location can take 30 minutes!
