An absolutely exceptional hotel. The service is incredible here. The staff are attentive and welcoming and nothing is a problem for them. The rooms are spacious and immaculately presented. The hotel is in the most beautiful location so central to all the specialty and luxury shops. I would highly recommend this hotel.
It was excellent decision for our meeting and lunch (about month ago).
As we're vegan, Chef cooked asparagus with vegetables for us. Oh my goodness, I never ate so delicious food for the last years! 😍
Vegetables were steamed (?), I suppose. I don't know what a magic device they have 😀 because veggies (carrot, cauliflower, etc.) were so fresh, aromatic, and healthy (preserve all the nutrients). Outstanding.
Bread was delicious also.
Personnel is utmost friendly and provide the best atmosphere and experience for clients.
Highly recommend and gladly come again.

This hotel goes the extra mile. I work in tourism and travel often. My highlight of the trip is being able to wind down in the private lobby before returning to my room. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Last time I visited was 2008. Now again in January 2026 for visiting the Boat Show. Everything, from exclusive service to maintenance of the room was perfect. Room service great. Spa abd pool super. Also I had one of the best massage ever! It amazed me to find out that a hotel of this age is maintained so well that looks 3-5 years old only! I have been to hotels that claim to be 5 star hotels and are 1-2 years old with furniture look and maintenance like 10 years old. Of course the bar and whiskey choices is always a marvel! The Hof is a Düsseldorf classic and among Germany's best.
