After Gordon Ramsey we had to give Bobby Flay a shot. This restaurant is in Caesars Palace. The 2nd ribeye was very good! We did have to send it back.. 😬 way too rare at first. Crab cake, broccolini and baked potato rounded out the meal. Good cocktails. Yummy little dessert too.

Really was looking forward to visiting this place. Went there for a conference and ended up having dinner with two other colleagues. Order the filet mignon and mashed potatoes. Also ordered a side of bearnaise sauce. My colleague ordered a really nice bottle of wine. I showed up a bit later and my colleagues were already seated for a while. My colleague told me that it took 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive so I would better order two at once 😂. Unfortunately, there were a bunch of people standing in a reception type area from a private company. Who were there for a show I guess. So it was extremely loud. The food arrived rather quick. I have to say that the steak was wonderful. Normally I don’t finish a 10 ounce fillet but this time I gobbled it all up. The waitress also brought me a second portion of bearnaise sauce and delivered it really quickly with a smile. For dessert, we ordered the beignet which I shared with my colleagues. All in all great experience, a bit loud, but the food was great.

The staff could not be kinder or nicer and they made it a pleasure from the moment we entered. The food was fantastic Did not have any complaints there. However they accidentally brought our appetizers and entrées at the same time. Therefore, we had to eat too much food on the table. I will give it to them removed the cost of the appetizers as a courtesy and we didn’t have to ask for that. But thanks to that my wife was done with her meal almost 25 minutes before I was because her salad had onions and she’s allergic. My biggest disappointment was after making a mistake. No manager took a moment to stop by to see how they can fix it or just to see how we were doing.

Went for their lunch special which was a petit salade verde, steak and frites (added 2 eggs), complimented with a lemon Meyer margarita. Food portion was a good size and prepared well given the lunch special price point. Overall a very good steakhouse; just a notch under Peter Luger around the corner.

Sat down at the bar at 7pm, only one other person there at the bar and fairly empty all around. I ordered the $115 signature ribeye and asked for it to be medium rare. The chef brought it out about 30 minutes later and it looked great. Once I cut into it, I realized it was well done. It was hard to find any pink at all, not even close to medium rare. I usually try to just deal with it knowing the staff works hard but the first bite was beyond terrible, tasted like pure charcoal and steak rub. They handled it so poorly after, don’t have time to comment on how. I’d pass on this if it’s one of your few higher priced dinners for your trip to Vegas. July, 13 2026.
