BLT Steak Ginza

This place was elegant with a great view. The ambiance is upscale, even though we arrived casual (unknowingly), we were very much welcomed. The food is visually spectacular and so good. The bread was delicious . Our main course was crab cakes and Kobe steak. This was probably the best crab cake I’ve ever had. The Kobe steak was good also, however a little chewy. Unsure if that is how it was supposed to be, but it was still good nevertheless. Probably will try another steak next time.

Went for dinner with parents for their visit to Tokyo. It is a place good for dinner parties. It is very spacious and easy to talk. The service was great and our waitress is so kind! Food is in a very large portion if you order the course.. We have to pack quite a bit food to take home. The steak and the ceaser salad were my favorite. The beef sushi was a bit chewy and the ice cream in the dessert was interesting.. It was very minty but not sweet at all... I don't think it goes well with the cheesecake and the mango... But it's personal preference. The dining room is great for a dinner party. I would recommend this place for a dinner party or a date. :)

The highlight of my visit was the T-Bone steak, a true classic that allows you to enjoy two cuts in one. On one side lies the tender filet mignon, buttery and delicate, while the other side offers the rich, beefy flavor of the New York strip. Served sizzling hot, the steak arrived with a beautifully seared crust that released an irresistible smoky aroma. Cutting into it revealed a perfectly pink medium-rare interior, with juices glistening under the light. Each bite of the filet melted effortlessly, while the strip side provided a satisfying chew and depth of flavor. It was the perfect balance of tenderness and robustness, showcasing both precision in cooking and the quality of the beef itself. Before the main course, we were treated to BLT’s signature Popovers. These oversized pastries, golden on the outside and airy on the inside, were absolutely addictive. Spread with a touch of butter, they had a fragrant, almost custard-like richness that set the tone for the meal. For sides, the truffled creamed spinach and creamy mashed potatoes stood out. The spinach was aromatic and luxurious, while the mashed potatoes were smooth and velvety, a comforting contrast to the boldness of the steak. A glass of red wine added the perfect finishing touch, enhancing the meat’s flavor and rounding out the dining experience. To end the evening, I chose the New York cheesecake. Dense yet silky, it struck the right balance of richness without being overly sweet. It provided a delightful and satisfying close to the meal. Overall, dining at BLT STEAK GINZA with their signature T-Bone steak was more than just a dinner—it was a full culinary experience. From the refined atmosphere to the impeccable service and, most importantly, the unforgettable steak, every element came together seamlessly. Though the prices lean toward the higher end, the quality and experience make it worthwhile. Whether for a date night, a special celebration, or simply to indulge in a world-class steak, BLT STEAK GINZA delivers an experience that lingers long after the last bite.

A very very nice and impresive experience. Toda who was serving us give us a really warm service and receive us very well. The price is consider okay and the food is delicious. I am melt by the wagyu and kobe beef. To my suprise the portion is good amd consider big. The bread and side dish are so delicious too. I would definitely go back again. Thanks you.
