Akoko - Western African 1 Michelin star restaurant
Probably the most delicious meal I had in 6 days in London back in June. Creative Western African cuisine at the highest level. A restaurant worthy of the 1 Michelin star it holds since 2024 and the high reputation it enjoys. I had lunch and ordered the short lunch menu with supplements. Almost every bite elicited sounds of pleasure from me (silent ones). I set in the best spot on the kitchen bar right in front of chef Mutaro Balde (the executive chef) and enjoyed every second of the show. Amazing meal
