Went to STK three times in two days. I visited twice for happy hour and once for dinner. Every single time, the food, service, and atmosphere were amazing. I highly recommend making reservations because this place is popular. I booked mine on the MGM app, and it was super easy.We ordered eight food items from the happy hour menu. While all of them were delicious, the scallop & avocado ceviche was the absolute star. We also ordered the espresso martini, STK mule, spiced watermelon, and dirty pearls martini. The cocktails are strong, delicious, and only cost $12 during happy hour.
I will make it a point to visit every time I go to the Cosmo.
Always wanted to try STK and today lunch was the day. I visited this place with my wife and ordered lunch fillet, burger, and truffle pasta. Did not expect much for a steak house since I noticed sometimes the fency does not match the quality, especially for lunch, but here STK's food was so good. Fillet was perfectly cooked as ordered (medium rare) and the others' ingredients and portions were pretty good too. Also, our server, Peter, (hope i remember the name correctly) he was awesome, very gentle and nice. We bothered him a bit with a lot of questions and he helped us a lot. Definitely will come visit here again to taste dinner steaks and wines.

We were celebrating an anniversary and thought trying out STK would be fun. It is a loud DJ driven club atmosphere venue, so it has personality. We had a reservation for two, yet it still took 10 min before a table was open. Service staff was great. All were friendly, and the guy on water glass duty was on his game, water was always topped off.
I've reviewed dozens of specialty "steak" restaurants over the years and this was where something wasn't quite right. On the plus, I liked my Espresso Martini and the Ceasars Salad. The Potato Gratin came out steaming hot. Our steaks (both the Ribeye and the Filet) however, came out barely warm, neither were juicy for being cooked at a medium rare, and I honestly believe they didn't get seasoned at all. The Ribeye was serviceable while flavorless, but the Filet just was a bland piece of dry meat. My gut feeling was these sat under a heat lamp for too long, as the folks seated on both sides of us and arrived after us, got their meals well before us. For a premium dollar high end steakhouse, I'll hope it was a one-off miss in the kitchen. We'd noted our anniversary on the reservation as they have a place to note a special occasion and as being a MGM Rewards VIP. Never a mention and nothing special done. Had high expectations for this place, especially at the price point but this outing just left us wanting a little something more.

Our server Leslie was phenomenal. She was quick, paid attention to detail, and gave great recommendations. The ambience is alive and fun while still giving a cozy intimate feeling. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. We will be back again very soon!
