While the furniture and pink curtains have a charming vintage vibe, the room is kept spotless and perfectly clean, making for a very relaxing stay. A big plus is the late check-out time until 12 PM, which is rare for such an affordable price 🕛💤. One of the biggest draws is the free breakfast service. The buffet-style meal in the retro lobby venue includes salad, eggs, bacon, bread, and soup, all accompanied by free-flowing coffee ☕🥞. The lobby itself also offers helpful services like free tea, a water server, and a microwave for guest use. The location is perfect—just a 4-minute walk from JR Ueno Station. You’re within easy walking distance of major sights like Ueno Park and the Ameyoko Shopping Street ⛩️. For dinner, I highly recommend visiting "Warakuan Hanare Okachimachi" (6-min walk) for their delicious Duck Seiro Soba. Lovely hotel! The staff were very nice and helpful if there was any type of problem. The hotel is also around a 5 to 10 minute walk to the entirety of Ueno station, Skyliner included, so going to it with multiple suitcases is pretty comfortable.

Room is ok, location is ok. Price is good. Everything is fine. Will stay here again in the future if I would like to save some money

Rooms are spacious enough for a solo traveler. You can opt not to have room service and they'd just give you a bag everyday to replace towels and trash bags. Microwave, water, coffee, and toiletries are available at the lobby. There was a brown stain on one of the towels tho. The location is convenient. There are convenience stores and restaurants too. The train stations are also nearby. Not sound proof but relatively quiet.
