After hearing so many great reviews, we were excited to try The Saint, but unfortunately, it fell far short of our expectations.
The restaurant itself is beautiful. The ambiance is elegant, dimly lit, and intimate, with a gorgeous view of the Dallas skyline. It’s definitely a visually appealing spot and would make a nice setting for a date night.
We were seated on time for our reservation, but the service quickly became disappointing. Our waiter was slow, inattentive, and didn’t offer any recommendations or guidance with the menu, despite us expecting a more elevated dining experience.
The biggest letdown, however, was the food. Every dish we ordered was bland, lacked flavor, and was simply not enjoyable. To make matters worse, the portions were extremely small for the price. After spending nearly $$$$ for 7 people, we left hungry and wondering what all the hype was about.
The only positives were the beautiful atmosphere and the view. Unfortunately, neither could make up for the poor service or the disappointing food. In our experience, The Saint is overpriced, the food was terrible, and the overall experience did not justify the cost.

Even though I had never been here before, I took a chance and made a reservation for my boyfriend’s birthday and it ended up being one of the best decisions I could have made!
From the moment we arrived, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Chris was both our bartender and server, and he provided some of the best service we’ve ever received. He was attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and truly made us feel taken care of all evening. I also want to recognize the manager (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name), who went out of his way to check on us and made the celebration feel incredibly special.
Every single part of the meal was phenomenal. The drinks were absolutely immaculate, the food was cooked to perfection and literally melted in our mouths, and the dessert was the perfect ending to an unforgettable night.
What impressed me most wasn’t just the amazing food, it was the hospitality. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated, and that’s something you don’t find everywhere.
Thank you all for helping make my boyfriend’s birthday so memorable. We will absolutely be back, and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know. If you’ve been thinking about trying it, this is your sign, you won’t regret it!

The Saint did not meet our expectations, especially after seeing all the great reviews.
The restaurant is beautiful…I loved the ambiance. It’s dimly lit, intimate, and overlooks the Dallas skyline…making it a perfect spot for date night.
We were seated right at our reservation time, and our server took our drink order immediately. The drinks were strong and tasted great, so the evening started off on the right note.
Our waiter recommended a few pasta dishes and appetizers, and we decided to follow his suggestions. We ordered two appetizers and two entrées to share between the two of us. Unfortunately, everything was mediocre and lacked flavor. For the price point, the portion sizes were laughably small. After spending roughly $300, we left hungry and disappointed.
I would only recommend coming here for the drinks and the view.

Came with my friend for a Galentine's dinner and we had a thoroughly good time! The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a mini view of Dallas. Our server, Stephanie, was amazing! She provided an excellent overview of the menu and provided recommendations (if you ever come try to sit in her section)!
I started out with the Endless Pit of Desire and this was a delicious drink - made perfectly! I love Buffalo Trace so on my next trip, I'll have to try a drink with that. We ordered appetizers of Caviar Bites (x2) and Whipped Ricotta. Then we ate the Ricotta Gnudi - I enjoyed the duck/duck skin in the pasta but wish the carrots were cooked a little bit more - dipping the pasta in their crunchy bread made the dish better!
My main included - Prawn Scampi - and I enjoyed it. The prawn was cooked good and the noodles were settled nicely in the sauce. My only complaint would be the saltiness of the dish.
The Bone Marrow fries, as a side, is a nice touch! We did enjoy the fries as the marrow added very tasty notes!
We ended with some desserts - flan and zucchini cake - I enjoyed the flan but the zucchini cake was different but enjoyable.
Overall, this was an amazing place and we had a good time. I'll definitely return!

My husband and I had an amazing anniversary dinner here. Our waiter, Joe, gave the most exceptional attention to detail, including special care for an allergy. The food was delicious and filling. The cocktails were outstanding. From the moment you climb the candlelit stairs, the dark atmosphere of the restaurant itself sets the tone for a relaxed and pampered dining experience.
