I was served by the tall girl and she was so incredible, made lovely drinks and had great chat with her. So nice to get to talk to people as I’m so lonely sometimes so i was really appreciative. An absolute asset to your lovely pub. Cant wait to visit again xx

I visited today with my mom and dad, we absolutely loved it. The vibe, the people and the food was amazing. We are from India and the food there had a hint of indian spices which elevated our experience. Our host was superb too. ❤️❤️

Both bouncers are horrible and sexist. I come to this place occasionally. And it has always been peaceful and fun for me till last night. As a woman I was waiting at the women’s toilet on the queue. i waited for some time and decided to go to another toilette which was available and it happened to be a man’s toilet. And the time I was literally peeing both bouncers came at the door as if I was doing something wrong, knocking on the door as if they are gonna smash it. First I didnot understand and said like “I am peeing sorry”. Both bouncers were out there when I went out. They didnot even let me wash ny hands. I was trying to run away from them because of the fear they caused me. And the bouncer with the hat and a beard tried hold my arm very aggressively saying “come with me outside” and i shouted “ you can’t touch me!” and I was trying to explain “ I WAS LITEARLY JUST PEEING”. And then the same person tried to drag me out and I refused saying call me your manager. The lovely manager came outside, I explained him the situation. He was very understanding and nice literally like a normal person understanding the “nature’s call”. But the same bouncer told me “IF YOU GET (He used the other word that I can’t use here) SE***UALLY ASSAULTED IN THE TOILET, DON’T COME TO ME”. I don’t know what to say. He is appearently a misogenist who thi ks that a woman deserves to be se***ually assaulted just because they use the men’s room. This is disgusting, extremely disturbing. They defo need someone proper at the door, not those 2 dangerously aggressive and disturbing people.

Great little pub, lovely and quiet away from the manic high street. £6 for a Stella which isn’t too bad for London prices. Great music!
