There are bars that serve cocktails, and there are bars that create a mood. theeighth belongs to the latter. Intimate, sensual, almost ritualistic. Every drink Amaury and Miguel poured felt thoughtful rather than performed. A place where Chelsea’s past seems to linger quietly between shadow, wood, and conversation.
Had a great evening at The Eighth! Atmosphere was relaxed and we were able to have a conversation because the music was the perfect volume. Drinks were delicious - highly recommend their rum sour aka Lost In Time.
Went with the server’s recommended cocktail and enjoyed it. Paired with the music and general atmosphere, The Eighth is a must try for those who may be curious! They recently opened and I’m impressed with the level care that the team has demonstrated.

Amazing drinks and food! The staff and bartenders were so kind and gave great suggestions on what to try. Loved the atmosphere and really appreciated how it wasn’t too loud inside. We were not disappointed and can’t wait to go back!
