The app has become extremely poor. Customer service is unhelpful and disappointing.
My recent experience was very frustrating: the app failed to deliver my order for nearly two hours, then the order was canceled due to their inability to complete the delivery.
I was promised a refund within seven days, but unfortunately this turned out to be false promises. No refund, no proper follow-up, and very poor handling of the situation.
Overall, bad service and lack of accountability. I do not recommend this app at all.
