Absolutely terrible experience at the Yosemite Valley Lodge Starbucks. We ordered four completely different drinks, and every single one tasted like nothing more than cold, unflavored milk. Zero coffee flavor, zero espresso shot presence, and zero quality control.
Paying national park markup prices for a cup of lukewarm, diluted dairy is absurd. Unless you are specifically stopping by to pick up a souvenir mug for your collection, skip this location entirely. Grab your caffeine elsewhere in the Valley or bring your own setup—you will save time, money, and massive disappointment.
I would give them 0 Star if I could.
I was ready to go for a hike but it was really hot so I stopped with my brother to get iced coffee and I didn’t have any credit card on me. I had only cash.
They refused the cash and they said they will not serve me if I don’t provide a credit card card.
I said I’m going for a hike. I don’t wanna have any credit card on me. They said I’m sorry ma’am we do not accept cash and It’s nothing we can do about.
I was in shocked, surprised. I didn’t even know what to say.
They didn’t serve me a coffee because I had cash on me.
With a big disappointment, Starbucks is.
Me and my friend had a horrible experience with customer service here. My friend ordered her drink under the name Izabella and then waited for her drink for 15 minutes while others that ordered after her received their drinks before her. We approached the employee kindly and asked when her drink should be expected to be out and we were responded with ”It’ll get out when it gets out.” Her drink ended up being mistakingly put under the name McKayla. The employees response was very unprofessional and rude and then a few minutes later, we had another bad experience with the same employee. I had ordered my drink with a specific modification Of adding cold foam, and when I took the first sip of my drink, I noticed they didn’t add any. I kindly approached the employee again and asked if it would be possible for her to add cold foam. She responded by looking at my drink ticket and saying that they didn’t write down cold foam on my order. I told her that I did in fact order cold foam on my drink, and if there was anyway she could add it. She then rudely said no, turned around and continued making other drinks. After asking a different employee they did correct my drink. This experience was very unfortunate and negative
sorry but this starbucks has been my worst experiences. Barristas had a great customer service can’t say the same about the cashier. I understand things can get crazy at time but no matter what we owe our self to customer consuming. Yesterday I came from far out whit all my family we were approx 15 3 of us made it in by 6:15 closing time as far as I know was till 6:30 the rest of my grupo came in probably 3 min after when the cashier said it was close and that she would no longer take orders we tried to explain to her that our group was a crowd of 15 people that we just wanted to order still then she came out rude saying she was not taking any more orders to what until that point I still try to understand but still gave me attitude when I was trying to get my points and she said I don’t mean to rush you but I need to put your order in. Which did made me feel rushed and not appreciated then I realized I did not get my receipt to what I ask kindly if I could get my receipt to what she responded that I could not get one at that point I was just holding my self I proceeded to ask one of the partners if I could please get her name and ask her if no one had to have a name tag as part of the uniform to what she mention that she did not think that I could obtain that information and that a name tag was no required. I just don’t understand how can some one like that work whit people knowing that connections whit customers in this industry means it all if not more than half of what your job little comes whit
There was a long line when we went but the service was great. We waited less than 5 minutes. I like my Pecan crunch oatmeal latte. The staff were really friendly.
