The SingleThread team delivered the most exceptional hospitality we’ve ever experienced.
Every aspect of our two-night stay and dining experience exceeded expectations. My wife and I have stayed at many of the world’s top hotels and resorts, and this was the first time we’ve had a trip where every single touchpoint felt thoughtfully designed and flawlessly executed.
From the pre-arrival communication and concierge team, to the transportation arrangements, farm tour, personalized service, and countless small details throughout our stay, everything was handled with genuine warmth and care. The team made us feel less like guests and more like friends they were welcoming into their home.
The restaurant experience was equally remarkable. We’ve been fortunate to dine at many of the world’s best restaurants, and our dinner at SingleThread easily ranks among the best meals of our lives.
A special thank you to Kyle, Katina, Brianna, Alyssa, and the entire SingleThread team for creating such a memorable experience. In an industry where true hospitality is rare, SingleThread sets the standard.
We left already looking forward to our return.
This review is for the fine dining experience. It was exquisite. The wine pairing was too much alcohol (8 generous pours) but otherwise no notes. 👌
Came here for an anniversary and we enjoyed a drink on the rooftop before our 7p reservation. Every dish was visually stunning and vibrant. There are flowers from the farm everywhere including three cute arrangements in the restrooms. The staff are all very friendly and charming to chat with. We were full 2/3 of the way through and they offered to make smaller portions for the remaining dishes — no we didn’t take them up on it but wow such above and beyond service. I’m still dreaming of the honey goat cheese dessert.
Staff are extremely friendly. For what you pay and the stars associated, I felt there were some gaps in service. We went without wine for most of the first course, which felt odd for the price we were paying. Service also fell off once we got towards the end.
The introductory course is overwhelming and a lot of the bites weren't interesting. Outside of the first course, it picks up flavor-wise and the dishes feel more cohesive. Wine pairing was very thoughtful and complemented the food well.
We really enjoyed the experience but felt it was overpriced for what you got.
Definitely take advantage of the rooftop if you can. We got to watch the sunset and finish the final course by a fire pit.
SingleThread is one of those rare dining experiences where every detail feels intentional. The food was exceptional, beautifully presented, highly seasonal, and full of subtle flavors that showcased the incredible quality of the ingredients.
One thing I’d highly recommend is taking advantage of the complimentary farm tour before your dinner reservation if you have the time. Seeing where many of the ingredients are grown adds a whole new level of appreciation to the meal and makes the farm-to-table philosophy feel very real rather than just a marketing phrase.
The service was polished without feeling stiff, and the pacing of the evening was thoughtful and relaxed. Every course felt like part of a larger story, with the farm, the kitchen, and the hospitality team working together seamlessly.
It’s certainly a special occasion restaurant, but it’s also one of the few places where the experience truly lives up to the reputation.
If you want to spend an evening experiencing what refined hospitality actually feels like when it’s dialed up to an eleven, SingleThread Restaurant is a masterclass.
Attempting to catalog every single bite of this meal would feel excessive, but it’s easily one of the most creatively executed menus you’ll encounter. It kicks off with a massive, 10-bite floral explosion of flavors that sets a staggering benchmark for the night—even if the baby squid bite was a rare miss for me. As someone who doesn't typically lean toward seafood, I still thoroughly enjoyed the entire progression without making a single modification, though I’ll freely admit the dessert course walked away as my absolute favorite part of the night.
To accompany the food, you’ll be presented with three wine pairing tiers: $300, $500, and a casual $1,500 per person. We opted for the mid-tier, and in retrospect, the nuances might have been slightly lost on us—we likely would have been just as happy sticking to the entry-level option. That said, every pour was beautifully matched and elevated the courses perfectly.
The dining room itself is gorgeous, sophisticated, and incredibly relaxing, anchored by stunning floral arrangements that make the space feel alive. Just be prepared for the service: the staff operates with some serious, ultra-soothing ASMR vibes. It’s so calming that you can easily fall into a lull, so don't feel bad if you have to ask them to repeat themselves. It’s an exceptional experience from start to finish.
