I love supporting this place and love their meatball and Italian sub. Recently though when I come on Monday for my Meatball sub I’m only getting four meatballs which leave the sandwich empty. I’ve always got (5) meatballs. The one thing that makes me angry is when the town employees or construction workers come in I see their meatball subs being made and they always get (5) meatballs and plenty of sauce and cheese. I’m not sure I’m coming back anytime soon. This last time they totally left my meatball sandwich hanging with a good portion of the sandwich with no meatballs and sauce. If you only want to give me (4) meatballs I’m fine but cut them up and divide them among the entire sandwich and give me plenty of sauce to go over them and keep them moist. The cheese amount is fine. My sandwich was also cold this time. They always put it on the back wire shelf behind the register and don’t wrap it super well so it gets cold fast. I love Sclafani’s but treat me like your locals with a quality sandwich. I have “never” complained to ownership or their team. I keep my mouth shut and only ask for a good quality meatball sub. This is easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life! The bread is fresh and the ingredients are a perfect combination. The pastries here are delicious too! You have to visit this family owned and operated deli/bakery if you’re in the area.
Nice place overall, but sandwiches weren’t that great.
Chicken one was a bit dry and plain. The one with Mozzarella was decent, nothing special.
Crab meat sub was pretty good, but too much mayo.

What a great place for a quick bite! Sclafani's is a family business, and you feel it as soon as you walk in. It doesn't matter if you're local, or like me...visiting from 1200 miles away. They make you feel like part of their family! Will definitely be back for more!
Went in with plans for a ham and cheese and the Muffuletta Sandwich caught my eye. It looked so beautiful I had to have it. It wasn't just as tasty as it looks... It was AMAZING! Everything here is awesome but I encourage you to try it next trip. Better yet, head there specifically for it. Look at that masterpiece!
