This is one of the dinners that I will always talk about, I booked a dinner for one person through airbnb experience and it was amazing!!!
The dinner should be with cocktails pairing but I told them that I don’t drink alcohol and I dont eat pork and truffle, so they make a set menu for me with mocktails pairing as well. At first I thought the food wont be indonesian authentic taste, but I was completely wrong because the taste was bold and strong. Everything was perfectly balanced, I love how they play with the flavors, the food was so good and its hard for me to mention which one is my favorite because I like every dish, but their wagyu and laksa dumplings is a must try. At the end of the dinner they invite me to go to the bar upstairs (the bar was cool, recommended for group and couple)
The mocktails were great as well, and of course the staff and the airbnb host(owner) was so helpful and friendly, I recommend you to book through airbnb so it will come like an omakase experience which is great!

The food was beautiful—so fresh, with delicious, vibrant flavours. We chose a selection of small starters and desserts, which was the perfect way to experience the menu. The cocktails were lovely, each with a unique Indonesian twist.
The ambience was gorgeous, and the staff were attentive and fantastic throughout.
I truly couldn’t fault Sangsaka—we will definitely be back.
The best restaurant we visited during our first time in Bali. Prices were incredible for the quality of food and service you get. Dumplings from the set menu were incredible and the mains were top. We will be back :)
One of my friends recommended this place during our Bali trip, we decided to go for it since it's walking distance from our villa.
The food is amazing, cocktails were delicious and service impeccable. The cuisine was bringing a very refined Balinese flavour and felt like fine dining food, presentation was beautiful. Dishes were well paired with the sauces that really brings the character of the dish they are presenting.
You'll just have to try it!
Service is top notch, everyone is nice and attentive. Staff was kind enough to bring out a slice of cake as we were celebrating a birthday.
We had the duck, baby lobster, and some complimentary fried beef ball, and the suckling pig - all of which are super amazing 10/10. Flavour and presentation was great. Gave the Indonesian cruising an uplift. Only thing isn’t didn’t do too well is the mud crab with fried bread, not for me. But all in all, love the food and restaurant.
