I sat in the drive through for 45 minutes, only to receive a roasted autumn salad that wasn't "autumn" at all. There are no sweet potatoes or brussles sprouts (see pic), I paid extra for double chicken, and no one said they were out of anything... I try to be kind and patient, but this outcome is an complete service failure on something that should be easy. There were about 7 people in the building, so "being busy" doesn't seem like a good excuse here. It took my entire lunch hour to get the salad - going back to the restaurant at this point is not an option.
The food is usually good for me/ accurate if I ever end up ordering…
This is the closest location to my workplace so I rely on the convenience. I usually order a build your own Cobb salad for lunch, and get a veggie breakfast burrito.
I love the Brussels sprouts, and really appreciate that they have them.
However-
MULTIPLE times over the past 6 months, they have been “out of Avocado” per the app when I try to order. It’s super disappointing every time.
As a vegetarian- avocados are a MUST in my salads. I even pay for extra.
I don’t like their tofu seasoning on salad, so I never add the tofu instead of avocado and I prefer avocados for protein/ nutrition.
On top of this- the app is quite terrible. If you start a NEW order, it makes you select the location first- every time.
And you click “reorder” a past order, it usually says it’s unable to add something to your cart because it’s unavailable or some other issue, so if you do custom salads, you just have to reselect everything all over again.
It’s just really gone downhill after I started going there back around 2018. The best part is the availability of brussels sprouts, to be honest.

As of right now I have not had my order given to me incorrectly!
I think this place is great and everyone is super nice! The problem is, I have a milk allergy and I do not get any blue cheese dressing/crumbles. Every single time I go to this location there is dressing in my wrap, I'm usually left pretty hungry and with an itchy mouth. I think if you don't have any allergies, this is a good spot for lunch 👍
I love salad and go but I am loving their new recent added menu items! Like it all blends well with their other options. My new favorite is their mandarin lemongrass drink! Along with their mini quesadillas! Definitely letting my friends and family know. So obsessed and love how it keep you full but also right on track with them calories. The staff here is always nice and sweet and on top of their service. I got their grab and go meal and a kids salad! It was perfect lunch for a on the go mom 🫶🏼
I have noticed their prices increased which is understandable but the quality has too. Their lettuce used to be good lettuce not a lot of the pieces you don't want. My salad was full of them. I ordered the fajita salad and they had no avocado at all. The dressing was very watery. I felt like it didnt coat the lettuce at all. Disappointed
