Customer Perception

Customers consistently praise the authentic Louisiana experience, highlighting the fresh seafood, particularly the crawfish boil, and the excellent service. The live music, often a pianist or jazz band, significantly contributes to the enjoyable atmosphere. While many dishes like the gumbo, oysters, and beignets receive high marks, some feedback indicates that the seafood boil can occasionally be overcooked or overly salty, and oysters are considered pricey by some.
