I stumbled into Pinky Swear and it kicked off an adventurous and fun evening! This is a high concept bar with art pieces in the back, a phone booth with horoscope readings and a fire pit for your D&M’s. They do a really good happy hour - I had a glass of chilled gamay, half a dozen oysters and fries. Oysters are sourced from upstate New York.
Also a great spot to host birthdays/special events.
Shout out to Nathan, CJ, Nelia and the team - you guys make the place extra special.
The food was great and the music was fantastic. Simon was incredibly knowledgable about the dishes and drinks, and guided me to the best possible meal! From drink option to app to entree, his recommendations were great. Thank you Simon, excited to come back!

Pinky Swear is a spot that feels very well thought out. It screams have fun and exercise a bit of whimsical energy. The decor is a wash in purple colors and pink hues. The vibe is very casual. Rigo from Mister Paradise told me that i would like this spot and he was right. My guide was Charlie for my experience.
Here's what I had -
Reverse Space Time - Strawberry forward with a slight sense of herbaceous flavor. The glass is interesting and the flavor follows along without being bitter or overbearing. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Cadillac Moon - A cocktail that is dark and ominous but a delicious texture and beautiful flavor. Cognac, Braulio, faretti and black nocino all make this a mysterious flavor bomb. It doesn't feel overwhelmingly boozy even though its all booze. This is a great way to close out your night. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Mixed Media - A light and bubbly 🍾 sipper. Sparkling Wine, rhubarb, and aperol are the main players. While the white wine Cap Corse Blanc adds a significant amount of wine boozy flavor to the drink. Not my favorite sparkling drink. 👏🏾👏🏾

This quaint but modern restaurant/bar has been open for about 1.5 years now and we've gone there at least 3 times. Each time we've gone, we've been welcomed and treated courteously by the owners and the entire staff. The food is creatively made and delicious as well. The ambiance of the restaurant is especially cozy and reflects well thought out designs with detailed eclectic items specific to the owners creativity and preferences, from the custom-made cement bar to the dining tables. Aside from the enjoyable dining experience, it's also a museum-like environment to enjoy as well! Towards the back, there is an outdoor courtyard area that is cozy and amazing with a great 'fire-pit' to sit around it and enjoy, which is also adorned with various items to enjoy and note. -Nora/Alex

My friends and I always enjoy our visits to Pinky Swear! The place has a great vibe with really nice decor, good food, and really good drinks (cloud9 never fails). The outdoor area is especially beautiful and makes it a great spot to hang out. And mostly, the service is always excellent too. our server, Simon, was super nice, helpful, and made us feel really welcome.
