Just had an amazing experience at PF Changs Leicester Square. The food as usual, was incredible, very tasty abd good value for money. The service was excellent and a great atmosphere as you would expect. They have the highest quality in all areas, definitely comparable to both PF Changs in Dubai at the mall and on the beach, so if you want a taste of that please give it a try. Thanks to Bee and Yojit for their fantastic customer service and warm welcome

Always happy to be here at PF Changs Leicester square, halal friendly menu. We were served today by Musthafa and he made sure everything went smooth. Happy to see Rinu again as well, a regular face welcoming the guests. Keep it up.

We travelled quite a long way and spent additional money on train fares and transport specifically to try P.F. Chang’s, as it had been recommended to us and we had heard that the food was good. We visited yesterday for the first time, so we were really looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the food overall. The rice did not seem freshly prepared or served hot; it was dry, hard, and cold. The chicken bao also tasted as though it may not have been fresh, as the chicken had an unpleasant aftertaste. We do not wish to blame the chefs or staff, as we understand that everyone works hard. This is simply our honest experience as customers. On a positive note, the staff were very nice, friendly, attentive, and provided good service. However, considering the distance we travelled, the money we spent on transport and the overall cost of the meal, including the service charge, we expected a better dining experience. Unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations, and overall we were not fully satisfied. We hope this feedback can be taken constructively to help improve the quality and freshness of the food in the future.

Overall great experience after last visit being a few years back. James served us, was attentive and pleasant. Starters were delicious, Mongolian beef was a little less tender than i remember, but overall great flavour.
