Tasty, elegant, high quality
There are two options of set menu: classic and vegetarian. During your classic menu you need to choose on of two dishes in three courses: two starters and one main. I highly recommend you to choose oyster and caviar as your first appetizer - it’s signature dish in this restaurant, it definitely worth your attention. All dishes are tasty and high quality but unfortunately there were no exceptionally unusual tastes combinations and etc which should be expected from 3-Michelin stars restaurant with a history.
There is a very good wine card, you can order champagne and wines by glass/half bottle/bottle. Here you can find cocktails and liquors as well.
Staff is well-mannered and professional, they can give you a piece of advice on the menu.
Very stylish interior, from all tables you can enjoy a panoramic view of Columbus circle and Central Park.
Had such a wonderful experience at Per Se! We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday here and everything made the night feel so special. The food was amazing, beautifully presented, and every course felt very thoughtful.
The service was also incredible — everyone was so attentive, warm, and welcoming throughout the dinner. Definitely one of the nicest dining experiences we’ve had in NYC!❤️

Had the opportunity to visit Per Se for an executive dinner with a small group. One of the biggest strengths of this place is its outstanding location and ambiance. The service was excellent, and the team took great care of us throughout the evening. The food presentation, quality, and detailed explanations from the staff were exceptional and reflected the restaurant’s fine dining standards. While the overall experience was memorable, there is still some room to enhance the taste profile of a few dishes, which could make the experience even more appealing to a wider audience.

My husband and I had a lovely time at Per Se. First off, the location of the restaurant--which has views of Columbus Circle--was perfect. The courses were great, especially their signature cone dish as well as their classic oyster and pearls dish which were both amazing. Finally, the onslaught of desserts at the end was truly the icing on the cake. The only thing I didn't like was the soft shell crab but that's a personal preference. The attention to detail from the staff was impeccable. I loved almost every moment.
