A very delicious burger and drinks restaurant. I tried the smash burger and it was extremely tasty, served with fries — I’d rate it 9/10.
The second dish was more on the healthy side, grilled chicken breast with potatoes.
The place is very clean, well-organized, and has unique and interesting seating. I highly recommend trying it.

Nice experience at Old Wild West Duomo. It’s a cowboy-style Tex-Mex restaurant with a fun western vibe. The food was tasty, especially the burgers, and the portions were satisfying. Quick service and friendly staff.

Great atmosphere, delicious burgers, but... no restroom. The restroom is outside, on the next floor, and it's PAID!!! This is the first paid restroom I've seen in Milan; I didn't even have a chance to wash my hands!!! I really enjoyed my visit to Old Wild West, but I won't be going back. It was an unpleasant experience. I almost forgot, I don't know why, but they don't have lime there; they add lemon to Corona beer.

After a visit at the Duomo cathedral and I admired the whole afternoon how beautiful this part of Milan actually is.
I became hungry after walking all afternoon.
By accident I happened to stumbled in to this restaurant located near the Duomo and the famous luxury stores such as YSL and Prada.
And I must say it tasted very good! Exactly what I wanted! A good burger with a large beer before I head home by public transport to my residence.
If you like American style dinner in Italy, then go!

Stopped by for a quick lunch during my trip in Italy. Good selection of menu items. Ordered a chicken burrito with a promo deal for £7. Warm, tasty, and filling, just too much sauce for my liking. Service provided in English. No washroom within restaurant, you have to pay £1 to use the washroom on the floor above.
