Billy Tacos

It's expensive for what it offers. Microscopic portions, no tacos, only burritos, limited selection compared to others. No staff, raw food. The place is clean. I will never go back, terrible experience.

A terrible experience, to say the least. We walked in and there was no one to greet us. We waited 10 minutes and still nothing. I called the restaurant's number and no one answered. I had to call Calavera to get assistance. A certain Sofia answered as if she were doing me a favor. She arrived inside Billy Tacos and didn't even say hello, even though I had ordered through the kiosks. She told me she didn't take a receipt, and I was forced to start over and repeat the order verbally. Finally, the food arrived, she slammed it forcefully on the table without saying anything and walked away. I've eaten at Billy Tacos numerous times and have always had a great experience, but the portions at this restaurant were half the size, and the French tacos were practically empty compared to other restaurants. I wanted to order something else, but there was no one there, and I lost hope... A delivery driver even came to take my order, and there was still no one there. He started yelling. The same annoyed waitress who served us showed up again, telling me to go get it from Calavera. This is unacceptable. The restaurant is unattended, rude, and shows zero attention to the customer. Chaos reigns. I will never return. Ruined dinner.

We often eat at Billy Tacos, but the experience there was truly horrible. We had to wait 10 minutes at the register to pay, so we had to call the restaurant next door. That's acceptable, but the rude and unfriendly reaction of the waitress, Sofia, was the worst. I brought our food, threw it on the table, and walked away. Highly not recommended. Terrible organization and staff.

Friendly staff... good food, freshly prepared. I recommend it.
