Everything was excellent.
Trout toast flavors were well balanced; lots of crab in the little gem salad, and mushroom pasta was an umami dream. Overall very impressed!
We sat at the bar for our reservation. Service was a bit slow. Lighting was bad. The oysters were amazing! Great happy hour deal for those. The bread and butter was awesome. When it came to the beef tartare….very disappointed with the burnt bread. Flavor of the meat was amazing and ate it with our crab salad which barely had any crab on it. Idk. Probably won’t be back.

Rarely do I write a poor review--but an old reliable favorite has drastically failed. Reservations at 6:15, ordered by 6:30--food arrived at 7:45--nothing complex that would take long to cook for the "we make everything to order". We had 2 burgers a salad and grilled fish. The new burger recipe is meh at best, the grilled trout arrived as raw as sushi-no exaggeration--we had to send it back-can't remember the last time I had to do this-and service didn't once address the very long wait. Very disappointing in all ways. After this being a reliable go-to for many, many years, including a couple of birthday celebrations, this will be our last visit. The restaurant that used to brew with energy and pride and delicous food, is just all around meh--and certainly not worth an hour and 15 minute wait from ordering to food on the table. Perhaps there will be another burst of energy injected and a new iteration will be born, but for now this is goodbye. For those of you out there debating a meal at a good old favorite--don't--preserve your memory of your last meal there. Also, note to the service, when an 80 year old provides feedback that she liked the old burger recipe a lot better than the new, saying "change is hard" is probably not the best response.

if you like “jacqueline” then you will LOVE ok omens. i especially like coming here for their happy hour to get their fresh oysters. overall everything here is delicious. they switch out the menu every few months and i’m always excited to try something new. one staple i always get and recommend is the torito salad. it’s so crisp and fresh and pairs well with most entrees! definitely eat here if you haven’t yet!

The happy hour is one of the best around! Such great prices and options. Oysters were perfect, their bread and butter was delish, and I’m a sucker for some great thick fries. Their drinks were yummy - refreshing and not too sweet - and a great wine menu too. We enjoyed our cheeseburgers and steaks - solid and straightforward but not necessarily mind blowing. Service was great too despite being very busy. Love the open windows and ambiance.
