Salem in the Men’s Department at M&S Chelsea King’s Road provided truly outstanding service. He was an absolute gem from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to understand exactly what my husband was looking for, listened carefully to every need, and made the entire shopping experience effortless. He even arranged for everything to be ordered, going above and beyond to ensure we found exactly what we needed. His professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help were exceptional. Honestly, phenomenal service and a real credit to the Men’s Department and the store as a whole. Thank you, Salem!
Marks & Spencer FOOD had such a lovely selection of food and so many great options to choose from! The store was clean, well organized, and very reasonably priced. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. Such a great spot to grab delicious food and everyday essentials!

I used to be a loyal customer of this particular M&S store for many years. However, today I had a very disappointing experience.
Good communication with customers is extremely important, especially from the staff at the cash desk, as they leave the final impression of the shopping experience.
Today I noticed a huge difference in how customers are treated here when they are purchasing items compared with when they are returning them.
During my return, the cashier (clothes department) was really rude, interrupting me while I was speaking and speaking to me in a patronising manner. I was shocked by the way she communicated with me. It was the first time I had ever experienced such a manner of speaking from a cashier. Unfortunately, her manager was also unhelpful, however at least not that rude. It gave me the impression that this store no longer values its customers or recognises the importance of building long-term relationships with them.
The way I was treated today has left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I do not think I will shop at this store again.

This supermarket is impressively large, and the outer section feels especially spacious, with several floors and an extensive range of clothing to browse through. It’s one of those places where you can easily find everything you need in one visit, from groceries to fashion.
The gentleman at the entrance is also incredibly friendly and welcoming; he never loses his smile and sets a positive tone from the moment you walk in.
Unfortunately, my experience with the fitting room staff was quite disappointing. I was trying on a dress while pushing a baby stroller, and instead of making things easier, I was sent between different fitting rooms on different floors. Although the store has a lift and every floor is accessible, the staff in both the women's and men's fitting rooms were unfriendly and unhelpful. What made it even more disappointing was that the store was almost empty at the time, so there was no obvious reason for the lack of assistance.
Overall, it’s a well-organised, pleasant place to shop, and I always leave with a good experience. Highly recommended.

I had a really lovely experience thanks to Elizabeth at Marks & Spencer. Even though it was around 8pm, she was still smiling, kind, and incredibly helpful. It’s not always easy to stay positive that late in the day, but she made the effort and it really showed.
Elizabeth went above and beyond to help me, and her friendly attitude made a big difference to my visit. She’s a real credit to the store. Thank you for such excellent service!
