We had our newlywed family dinner on 4th February 2026 at Monet. We had booked the venue for 30 guests, and 27 guests attended.
Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and humiliating.
During dinner service, after the first round, the non-vegetarian dish (chicken) was completely finished. We were left sitting with our plates for 10–15 minutes waiting for food to arrive. When the second batch was finally served, the chicken was raw. It was shocking and unacceptable that such food was served at a wedding family dinner.
Many of our guests left their food untouched because it was undercooked. As hosts, this was extremely embarrassing and heartbreaking for us. Even I, as the bride, could not eat properly on my own celebration day.
The manager’s behavior was equally disappointing. There was no genuine apology, no empathy, and no immediate corrective action. After prolonged discussion until around 1:30 am, they offered only a 10% refund and asked us to leave. We shared our bank details the next day as requested and were told to wait 48 hours for the refund.
It has now been more than 48 hours. The GM, Rohit, is not answering calls or responding to messages, and we have not received any refund.
We were offered a complimentary future party with free alcohol worth 4–5k, but this was a family wedding dinner — not an event where alcohol was our priority. We expected quality food and professional service, not excuses.
We paid the full amount in advance, yet received extremely poor service and unprofessional behavior.
We request others to be very careful before booking this place, as our special occasion was completely spoiled.
Cairo by Monet offers a beautiful and aesthetic dining experience. The ambiance is elegant and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect place for dinner outings, celebrations, or even a relaxed evening with friends.
The food presentation is impressive, and the taste matches the visuals. The menu has a good variety, and every dish feels well-crafted. The staff is courteous, attentive, and ensures a smooth experience from start to finish.
Overall, a classy spot with great vibes, delicious food, and excellent service. Definitely worth visiting for both the atmosphere and the culinary experience.
One of the worst place to visit.
I visited on 31st dec for new year party.
They don't tell you exact thing of passes which you will get.
No table alloted.
Food quantity and quality both poor.
Every waiter was serving slow to strech the time.
Outside standing without lights and worst management ever I have seen.
We went here for our new year party. The timing was from 9pm to 2.30pm and entry from 8.30pm at the time of booking. We reached there at 9.20pm and saw that nothing was ready. The food and drinks were served at 10pm. We paid ₹5000 for unlimited drinks and food that should start at 9pm itself. But they stole 1 hour from that time frame. Furthermore, it took approximately half n hour to get one drink due to the crowd. The food supply was horrible as there were only 6 vessels in the buffet to serve more than 150 people. As a matter of fact, it was a waste of money!
Poor management and just looking for money
I will suggest you guys never visit at all.
AM of Monet is really rude. He was just entertaining to those who are taking table of 1 lakh rupees
