Stayed at The Oberoi and left genuinely impressed. The service felt intuitive, not scripted, with staff anticipating needs before I even asked. Rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and quietly luxurious, backed by a spa, pool, and dining that never missed. Food was consistently excellent across breakfast, room service, and dinner. A few fittings showed slight age, but nothing that dented the experience, five stars, this is what real hospitality looks like.
We were a family of 8 staying at the Oberoi. As usual the level of service was impeccable. Every single member of staff was polite, professional and attentive to every need. We had the most wonderful stay and I would particularly like to mention Priyanshu at the front desk - we were checking out today and I made a last minute request for some chocolate cookies for my daughter as she loves them. He was so obliging and fetched a huge box for her instantly! He is a credit to the Oberoi. Thank you to everyone for helping us make such magical memories.
I recently stayed at the The Oberoi New Delhi and had an excellent experience. The service was outstanding, and the hospitality from the staff was truly exceptional. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and maintained to the highest standards.
The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The spa, swimming pool, and other facilities were superb and added greatly to the overall experience. The hotel's location is also very convenient, being close to India Gate and other major attractions.
Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Delhi.
The overall experience was amazing. The hotel staff was courteous, and the food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant service was excellent, and we really enjoyed our lunch.
However, one thing disappointed me. We visited the hotel for lunch, ordered food worth around ₹6,000, and paid the bill without any issue. While entering the hotel, one of the security guards behaved rudely and initially denied us entry simply because we arrived on a two-wheeler (scooty). It was only after we explained that we were there for lunch that another security guard, who was polite and professional, allowed us to enter.
I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures that all guests are treated with equal respect, regardless of the vehicle they arrive in.
