Such a hidden gem in the Loop ! It’s tucked inside what feels like a hotel lobby so it has that calm, slightly elevated energy.
The staff is genuinely so kind one of the guys working there was literally the human version of a teddy bear. Just warm, welcoming and sweet.
They’ve got a solid range of options: different coffee drinks, matcha, pastries, fruit, snack bars, plus a little self-serve station with milk, sugar, and napkins which is actually really convenient. I tried the matcha latte with Oat Milk, it was good just not the best matcha I’ve ever had.
One small upgrade that would make a difference: sugar-free syrups (especially vanilla). That’s kind of essential these days.
Seating is limited but since it’s in a hotel lobby you can usually find a spot. It’s quiet, the music isn’t too loud and it’s a nice place to get some work done without chaos.
I’d come back ☕️
Found out about this Coffee gem from videos about Chicago. I’m not a coffee drinker but I do like a good chai latte. The location on Wacker is surrounded by ongoing construction so that was the only detraction. The food was really good, so was the hot chocolate and chai! Service was wonderful. Definitely a place to stop by on your visit here in Chicago!
This is a beautiful cafe serving delicious coffee and a small range of eats. Staff are efficient and friendly. My kind of place. I enjoyed poached eggs with a side of greens and a double shot americano. The perfect start to my day.
The seating areas are clean and comfortable. There's a good variety of breakfast and lunch options. The staff was very helpful and available if I had questions or need help during my visit. Cold brew coffee tasted excellent and the açai bowl was delicious and filling. If you live or visit downtown Chicago, stop by this cafe.
