This is our second time here. From the moment we arrived, every aspect of our stay was exceptional. Our room was beautifully appointed, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the level of service throughout the hotel was simply outstanding.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the concierge team. Having stayed at many of the world’s finest five-star hotels, we can confidently say that no concierge team has ever impressed us as much as the team at MO London. Their professionalism, attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine warmth were second to none.
Every request was handled seamlessly, often exceeding our expectations. They played a significant role in making our stay truly memorable and unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for delivering such a remarkable level of hospitality. Without a doubt, one of the finest luxury hotel experiences we have ever had. Thank you from Fraze family.
Stayed at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park and honestly it was one of the best hotel experiences in London. The location is perfect right by Hyde Park and Knightsbridge, making everything feel very convenient and luxurious at the same time.
The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived — professional, warm, and attentive. The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere throughout the hotel feels calm, refined, and truly five-star ( with a fabulous view of the Hyde park ! )
The breakfast was excellent. What really stood out was how welcoming the staff made the stay feel ( the door men 👍👍👍)
A special thank you to Nadia at reception, who was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially with my little son. Her warmth and genuine care made our stay even more memorable.
One small point of feedback: during check-in, my son was given a card to fill out with his preferences, which was a lovely idea and a thoughtful touch. However, throughout our stay, nothing was really done with it, so it felt a bit disappointing as we were expecting some kind of personalized experience for him.
Overall, still one of the top luxury hotels in London and a place I would happily return to.

I don't know where to begin.. our experience was excellent! The staff, the hotel itself, the location.. we stayed in a deluxe room and we had an amazing Knightsbridge view. It was a little bit noisy, but it was worth it. Our room was neat and cosy. Housekeepers did their best to make our stay clean and comfotable. The breakfast was full of fresh and delicious products. The staff working at the restaurant was very polite and caring. The location of the hotel is amazing, it is next to Knightsbridge Station, so it is quite easy to go wherever you wish. Hyde Park is behind the hotel, easy to reach, it was so peaceful and lovely.
We would like to thank everyone who did their best to make our experience unforgettable. We really wish to come back soon! 😊

This was hands down the best afternoon tea I have had in the UK.
From the moment you walk through the hotel entrance, everything is simply stunning. The staff were warm and attentive as you would expect, the natural light filtering through the tastefully sized windows created a lovely, gentle ambiance, and the food was absolutely delicious.
My only note is that the portions were incredibly generous, so come hungry! I will definitely be skipping breakfast before my next visit. 😂

Hyde Park Garden Rose Pop-up for summer by Heston. We enjoyed a long lunch here and the location & food were 10 out of 10. It was a lovely sunny blue sky day in high 30’s temperature but with its position behind the hotel we had shade all afternoon. I have never had fish & chips like Heston’s team delivered (& we have good fish & chips in Australia). To finish they suggested Tipsy Cake, takes 35 mins to cook. No problem we had nowhere to go. And it really was the perfect finish to our lunch.
