Deeply Disappointed – Avoid This Place I am extremely disappointed with my meal here. When paying premium prices, you expect a matching level of quality, but this place fell completely short of expectations. We started with six oysters. Today they served Kusshi, a variety I know well for its natural sweetness and cleanliness . However, what we received was completely bland and mushy. The sizing was incredibly inconsistent—while two were normal, the rest were smaller than half a thumb, and two were absolute jokes. I cannot comprehend how a kitchen could serve something so sub-standard to a paying customer. When I gave honest feedback to our waiter about the lack of flavor, he reacted with surprise and repeatedly insisted it was a "premium, sweet, and delicious" oyster. His defensive response felt dismissive, as if he were implying I simply didn't know my food. As an avid oyster lover, I know exactly what a good oyster tastes like. For our main, we ordered the seafood stew. Despite the waiter’s claims that it was fresh, the fish, squid, and mussels tasted exactly like cheap, frozen seafood—bland and utterly lacking flavor. The fish fillet was the absolute worst part: incredibly fishy and unpleasant. The only saving grace was the appetiser the Corn Croquettes, which tasted decent, but served just lukewarm . Overall, I strongly advise against dining here. The influx of negative reviews online is entirely justified, and I deeply regret not checking them before coming. Save your money.

This was a delightful meal. The covered patio was perfect with the summer weather, our waitress, Lauren, was very friendly, and the food was superb. The Niçose salad was excellent and my PBLT was borderline magical. We even got a soft boiled egg on the side because they looked so perfect: we were not disappointed. Perf summer meal!

Hubby and I popped in here for some drinks and oysters and it was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the drinks + oysters were delicious! Definitely will come back to enjoy dinner sometime :)

The food was very middle of the road and not worth the price. Steak and Salmon during our visit. The protein was fine and very very basic. Its a bummer to go out to eat and have something I can simple have at home. We found the rest to be again almost Boring. Very loud atmosphere to add to it. Nice server, couldn't hear much of what she said but that was the only redeeming quality. Host gave us attitude for arriving 10 minutes before our reservation. Seemed odd she expected us to arrive exactly on time. Was raised to show up 10-15 min before any appt. Nothing here would want us to return or come back.

Marché in Eugene, OR, is the perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast or lunch with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The shrimp roll is a standout—fresh, flavorful, and absolutely worth ordering. Pair it with one of their excellent coffees, and you have the perfect meal. Great food, great coffee, and a welcoming vibe make Marché a place you’ll want to visit again.
