The way this place is advertised I was looking forward to an authentic Italian experience...what a let down. We came in this afternoon, no other customers. When we went to the counter to order, the employee left us standing there and took off to continue her phone conversation in a more private area... A very young employee came to take our (what should have been quick, simple order) a couple of slices (already made) and a plate of manicotti - on the menu- but the employee said they didn't have any (maybe don't advertise it then?) We substituted it with a plate of alfredo...We should have received the already made slices immediately, and certainly soon there after a plate of simple pasta. HA! The better part of an hour later, still no food, no other customers.... First employee still on her phone, 2nd employee-- who took our order and the only one in the kitchen-- also on and off his phone (in the cooking area-yum!) 3rd employee, I am assuming a manager, was seated by the restroom, on his phone, but also going back to the kitchen multiple times (in front of us) to get warm food for himself to eat in front of his food-less customers. The pizza slices we ordered, tasted old and dry and like they had been sitting in the warmer a long time, with waxy, congealed cheese. I have had fresher tasting, warmer pizza from Domino's, and I don't like fast food restaurants. I have been going to restaurants for Many decades, today was the worst food experience I have ever had, employee wise, food wise and a ridiculously high price for sub-par everything. You pay Before you get your food, and the computer prompts you Then for the tip amount to be added...I should have seen that red flag and walked out before a miserable hour-plus was wasted. I have NEVER given a bad review to anyone, unfortunately this experience was so egregious I was put in this position.
