Mama'S Place

First off this a place that I've been going to for year's. I've always had good conversations & good vibes with every staff in the pizza shop and never once had problems with anyone that works there but for some reason today I didn't have good interactions with one guy that works at the counter. I walked in and greeted him nicely like I've always did, his response to me was very cold like he didn't want to be bothered so I just let him be. When my food was done he actually brought it over to me,I said thank you and left. When I got to work the calzone was completely burnt. I called back and told him my calzone was burnt and I didn't like it, could you make it over or give me my money back either or but I was not accepting that calzone. His response was it comes out dark,I said no this is burnt you could actually smell the burnt food. He paused for a while before telling me they will make me a new one. When I went back to return the old one and get a new one there was no apology or anything he still had an attitude so when my Calzone was done he stood by the counter and said here still with an attitude. That hurt my feelings that he would treat me in that manner after being a loyal customer for decades and spending my hard earned money trying to support your business and that was the treatment I received. All I wanted to do was order lunch and have a good lunch with my co worker who is going to be out for a while because her husband is on hospice so we had to pick over a burnt calzone (twice) also the rest of the food was cold when I got back to work after walking back & forth. Never again will I go there after that kind of treatment. I'm completely shocked at my service I received!!! I pray he doesn't run another customer away. I don't care what kind of day you're having you should NEVER EVER treat your customers in a shitty manner and still taking their money at the same time is totally unacceptable!!!! Left photo was the first calzone. The second calzone was no better! The whole $48.10 that was spent went in the trash. Horrible!
