Loulie on the Tel Aviv promenade was the perfect place for a birthday breakfast. The service was excellent, the beachfront atmosphere was beautiful, and the unplugged live music created a relaxed and memorable setting. The food was delicious, and the entire experience felt truly magical. Angelica and Liel served us so well. Thank you for making it such a special morning.
The place is in a fantastic location with a great atmosphere and really good food. Everything we ordered tasted excellent. However, it is incredibly expensive. While the experience was highly enjoyable, the steep prices make it hard to justify a regular visit. Worth it for a special occasion if you don't mind the splurge.

Horrible horrible experience. Man at the entry (light hair and sunglasses) was rude and dismissive. Incredibly rude. We came on a Tuesday at 16:00 and they gave us the bill with no happy hour prices and then told us there is no happy hour. Check their instagram it says it there. And we asked the waitress (who was nice) in the beginning if it was happy hour and she said yes. Then took them 30 minutes to correct it after trying to convince us there is no happy hour. Then they gave us the bill again, and kept off half the bill the happy hour. Some servers had no idea what they were doing. Some were very pleasant however. It is a honestly bad place and experience. There are many other beach restaurants to go to. Go to the others, NOT here. Truly shocked. Food was good. So props to the chef. THATS it.

There are cockroaches everywhere, beware. The vibes were good and it was a really cute restaurant, but the food was mid and the service was bad. COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE AND THEYRE SO BIG THEY HAVE HAIR I SWEAR. the bathroom also sucks. Bye

One of the best spots for a sunset view. The food is surprisingly good, considering the other tourist traps around the beach. The service is so-so. They make an effort, but lack expertise. My mom's "hot" chocolate bday cake came out cold. So they apologized, and 20 min later we got another cake... still cold (lol). Nevertheless, I would recommend overall
