We had the most incredible meal at Le Cirque Las Vegas with our friends a couple of days ago. The food was phenomenal - the lobster salad was so sweet and full of flavour, the fish was divine, and the dessert was absolutely amazing. They even surprised us with a beautiful birdcage-style dessert presentation on the house, which was such a special touch.
The service was outstanding too. I accidentally dropped my napkin and the server immediately came over and replaced it with a fresh one. It’s such a small detail, but those little touches make such a huge difference in the overall dining experience.
Honestly, this felt like it should be a Michelin three-star restaurant, the food, service, and attention to detail were all exceptional. Sadly, Le Cirque will be closing for good at the end of August due to renovations. Highly recommend checking it out before it’s gone!
From the moment we walked in, the experience was outstanding. We were greeted by the lovely hostess, Alex, who immediately made us feel welcome. We had arrived a bit early and were waiting at the bar, and something that really stood out was Martin, our waiter, coming over to greet us while we were still waiting. I have honestly never had a waiter do that before. He took the time to talk with us and make us feel comfortable, which set the tone for the entire evening.
The bartenders made amazing drinks while we waited, and the service throughout the night was fantastic. Paul, Azab, and Jimmy, the server assistants, were all attentive and helpful, making sure everything at our table was taken care of quickly and professionally.
A special thank you as well to Katherine, the manager, who came over to our table and spoke with us so kindly. That personal touch was truly above and beyond and showed how much the team cares about their guests.
Overall, the service from everyone — Martin, Alex, Paul, Azab, Jimmy, and Katherine — was exceptional. The hospitality, attention to detail, and warm atmosphere made this a five-star experience. We will definitely be back! Thank you for taking exceptional care of my mom !

I loved my experience at Le Cirque, and I’m only giving less than 5 stars overall because pricing wasn’t transparent when making reservations! The design and service here are fabulous, but I did get sticker shock when I opened the menu, especially since I hadn’t been able to find prices online when planning my trip. Ultimately, I could only afford a cocktail, a soufflé, and a cheese plate, but when I explained the confusion to my waiter, he was classy and kind. The food I did have was really phenomenal, and the waitstaff were just as welcoming to our clearly broke table of 2 as they were to large parties ordering top-dollar meals. If you’re able to spend at least $400/person, I would suggest this place in a heartbeat.

Beautiful circus themed dining room, definitely a good spot for dinner after a show. Food was pretty classic French, slightly salty but still delicious. Incredible service. Nice view of the fountain. I wouldn’t go here specifically for the food, but the dining experience was spectacular and definitely worth it

Let me tell you that I am a fine dining chef, I have been in this industry since 1977 at 15yrs old. At 65 and now owning my own place I consider myself an expert in dining.
I can tell you, in my expert opinion, that Le Cirque is hands down the best restaurant I have ever eaten at.
To address the obvious before I tell you about tonight. It is a gosh damn crime that the Bellagio executives made the decision to close this icon of a restaurant.
When I think of restaurants that Get It right the list is short and Le Cirque is always at the top of it.
The service is impeccable(thank you Martin and crew). The food is great but the room and the staff are the main stars. Thank you again Martin and crew. The support staff to the waiters are amazing.
All these wonderful people who have worked there for 28 years are out with a goodbye and good luck, this is a sin.
Tonight we said goodbye to an old friend who has been a part of our lives for over 33 years and my heart is sad.
Tonight was amazing
Goodbye old friend.
Shame on you Bellagio!
