I recently stayed at Caesars Palace in Atlantic City and was disappointed with several aspects of my experience. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it advertised having an indoor pool. However, upon arrival, I was informed that guests were required to pay an additional fee of approximately $100 per person to access the pool, which was unexpected and frustrating.
The check-in experience was also disappointing, as the guest services staff were not particularly welcoming or accommodating. Additionally, despite being a hotel guest, I was charged for parking, which added to the overall dissatisfaction.
To make matters worse, I noticed additional daily charges related to room amenities, including air conditioning during extremely hot 90-degree weather. The rooms also lacked smart TVs, making it impossible to connect personal devices for streaming or music. Guests are instead required to pay for certain entertainment options through the television.
While I did my best to enjoy my vacation, the unexpected fees, limited amenities, and lack of customer service made for a disappointing experience. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision before booking. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
I have never stayed here i have only visited but the rooms look amazing. Caesars is an amazing resort from roman style decor to the amazing dining, it is overall an amazing experience. morton's, hell's kitchen + superfrico are all amazing dining options. i love Emporer's Essentials gift shop because they sell Caesars style gifts like a mini version of the Augustus Of Prima Porta Statue replica they have in the lobby. i also love the carpets, flooring + layout of the casino. i will be back!
We booked for the weekend and made sure we stayed in the newly renovated towers. They were clean, updated and nice!! The casino wasn’t that great. It seemed to be more action on the smoking floor and downstairs where the live entertainment was. If your going to gamble probably stay elsewhere, but if your going for location and descent rooms with good prices stay in the renovated sections.
I haven’t stayed at Caesars Resort Atlantic City since I lived in the area over twenty years ago. This time was just as nice if not better than before. My room in Centurion Tower was awesome. It was clean, spacious and had amazing water views from the 35th floor. The valet and bell hop were on point, and customer service was excellent. Will definitely recommend and be sure to come back very soon. This casino hotel was so beautiful inside.
A beautiful resort hotel and casino on the boardwalk in Atlantic City. One block from the Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall. Should have been more careful about room choice-ended up on a low floor with only a view of the escalators. Not enough staff on duty at check in. Only 5 of ten stations staffed at the 4:00 early check in, resulting in a very long wait in line. Four self-serve kiosks. One was down, two others wouldn't accept my driver's license scan for some unexplained reason, throwing us back into the long checkin line. Bell and valet staff were excellent. Reported that the tv screen in the room was too dark, with no way to adjust it with the remote. Was promised a technician would repair within the hour. When we returned four hours later, it was not fixed. Casino was clean, well-run and fun. The roulette dealer was very helpful to us novices. Little bistro in the lobby had excellent gelato and other sweets. Morton's steakhouse served us the most perfect steaks and sides we have had in our 35 years of travelling together. Stay at Caesars, but be more careful about knowing where the rooms are.
