We stayed here for five nights and, sadly, it was one of the worst IHG experiences we've had.
The positives: the location is excellent, and housekeeping was outstanding. However, the "minibar" was simply an empty fridge with two bottles of water.
The biggest disappointment was the customer service. Rakesh made a poor first impression at check-in, coming across as cold, rude and unwelcoming. During London's hot weather, we repeatedly asked Cyrus for a fan and were told, "We'll see what we can do," but nobody ever followed up. It wasn't until the third night, after I went down to reception myself, that Dev stepped in, found us a fan and made us feel genuinely welcome.
Throughout our stay, we often found ourselves greeting the reception staff before they even acknowledged us. We felt ignored and neglected throughout our stay.
For around £200 a night without breakfast for a total of 5 nights stay, we expected far better from a four-star IHG hotel. If a great location and clean room matter more than good customer service, this hotel may be for you. If you expect to feel welcomed and looked after, I'd recommend staying elsewhere.
We won't be returning, and we certainly won't be recommending this hotel to anyone. We stayed here for five nights and, sadly, it was one of the worst IHG experiences we've had.
We had a great time. Nice, clean hotel. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. The breakfast included a buffet and great menu items. Our favorite part of the stay was seeing Roger and Richard every morning at breakfast! What a wonderful and fun staff! We are definitely returning next time we are in town.

Unfortunately this wasn’t what I had hoped for. I travel with work all over the country and have earned gold status with IHG but this hotel falls far below the usual standards. The hotel itself was lovely and modern but the staff were nothing but unhelpful and rude.
Upon check in I was asked for a £50 deposit which I couldn’t do as I don’t carry personal cards with me when I travel for work. We have a company card which is used for all transactions. I tried to explain I have all the details to use this card but was told that it HAS to be a personal card of my own. When I explained this to the front desk, I only got attitude and sarcasm saying they don’t believe me. After this I wasn’t told any details about breakfast or my stay and was left guessing where my room was due to the poor handwriting on my key card.
On the booking I have a food and drink allowance on the same company card. Later on I attempted to get a drink at the bar and was refused. I was told there wasn’t any card on the booking despite the person who checked me in referencing it at check in saying they can’t charge it. This meant I was left without food or drink for the night.
The room was okay, fairly modern but the bed sounded like it was going to fall apart any second, the pillows were lumpy and not comfortable and the light switches beside the bed did not work. Lastly the bathroom has nowhere to put a personal toiletries bag.
Overall a disappointing stay which made feel more like a prisoner in my room not able to use any of the facilities. I won’t be staying here again and will be over at the Holiday Inn where the staff are lovely and personable.

The room maid did a fantastic job making the room spotless, especially compared to other hotels we've stayed at. The location is really great—so convenient being really close to Earl’s Court station. A special thank you to the two wonderful staff members at the restaurant, Richard and Roger, for their friendly energy and positive service every morning. We truly appreciated their warm hospitality!

The room size was perfect, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Earl’s Court Station, which is served by the District and Piccadilly lines, making it very easy to travel around London and reach many attractions directly. Moreover also the price was excellent compared to many other hotels in the area, offering great value for money. Overall, a comfortable stay in a convenient location, and I would happily stay here again.
