Such a cool concept. Butcher by day, restaurant by night. Select cuts including beef, pork , lamb . Our server was a butcher and was so informative when we had no clue what to go for. Suggested Denver white park . The beef was so special. Really rated the sides too, simple spinach and a buttery zesty corn . Incredible price given the quality and area , and we were full and satisfied!

Been both day (butcher) and night (restaurant) and both are fantastic choices for any meat 🥩 lover.
+ The centrepiece white marble chopping block is wiped clean, set for communal covers, laid out with great atmosphere and a buzz.
+ A blackboard menu based on a small selection of classic and less common cuts is great to keep choice down but also meaning you know where the source of food is coming from.
+ Cozy, intimate, relaxed and moreover, it allows you see exactly where your meat comes from and talk directly to the chefs who prepare it.
The restaurant experience is stripped down with a show put on right there in the butcher shop.

Butcher by day and restaurant by night, this particular spot is absolutely worth going. we went for dinner last night and had, hands down, the best meat I had in the UK and probably the best pork I had in my life.
I really loved the atmosphere, the staff was very nice, good selection of wine and I love that they have cards you can take explaining the story of every single farmer they work with.

WOW just WOW! I have been in London a lot of times and I have been in to a lot of good restaurants, hill & szrok was the best! Amazing place, amazing vibes, the staff was so friendly and happy! We ordered almost everything from the menu, everything was great! Just no words, for sure one of the best places to visit in London! I can’t wait to come back soon!!
