I had a wonderful stay! The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. I would like to specifically commend Rizu from the Housekeeping team for their excellent work—everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. I am giving your team a well-deserved 5-star rating. Keep up the great work!

Worst experience ever. We booked this place for a birthday party. On the day we made the booking, the interior looked good and all the ACs were functioning properly. But after 4 days, on the actual day of the event, we found that renovation work had started just the day before. Everything was completely messed up. None of the ACs were working. In this extreme summer heat of 45°C, you can imagine how uncomfortable and embarrassing it was for us and our guests. The worst part was that they never informed us in advance. The staff was extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. They forced us to use their own decorator, and that person completely stopped answering calls at the last moment. Overall, it was a horrible and embarrassing experience. Definitely not recommended for any event or family function.

Overall, everything was good. However, I would like to highlight a few issues: 1. The room air conditioner was not working properly. 2. The shower was not functioning properly. 3. During breakfast, cauliflower was served in the boiled vegetables instead of broccoli, which was not as per the menu/expectation. Apart from these issues, the overall experience was good.

It's quite ok hotel for secure place but the facility they are provided and hospitality service not upto the mark against the cost of room price. I were booked it fory cousins and I went there to meet them so they divert in the there own hotel at 7th floor so I was ordered a cup of tea which actually cost higher and they serve in brocken cup and the tray was dusty. The service they provided was make us upset. The hotel team has to upgrade there hospitality service and focus more on cleaning.
