Favorite Chinese spot in Portland so far. Each dish is very flavorful! Portions are large and best to enjoy family style with a small group. If you love spicy food this is the place, although plenty of options without spice. Soup dumplings are a must. The sesame buns are also a nice simple dessert.
Save you money and go to a Food Court instead. The Pork Buns had no flavor, the Potstickers were undercooked heavy pink inside, Sesame Chicken had a crunch but heavy on the Sesame seeds. Dr. Pepper was advertised as Can got it served in a cup with ice no can. Couldn't finish meal from being dissatisfied with the taste and kept getting asked if I wanted a box but I want to have them take my meal off the check but was made to pay full price on a meal that was not worth $60 for 2 people. NOT WORTH IT!!!

People have been telling me Duck House is the best best Chinese food in town. So I tried it. I ordered the General Tso chicken and asked that it be extra extra spicy. It had very little sauce and even less flavor. I would dare say this was the worst General Tso chicken I’ve ever had. I’m glad we ordered wings and a beef dish that was edible. I would ABSOLUTELY not recommend this if you have been exposed to decent Chinese food.
…and why are you charging $20 for your dishes and rice is not included? Very disappointing.

Foods were okay, the ribs are nothing special. Just deep fried with garlic and green onions. Disappointed with the chow fun.
The service was great. Price was reasonable.

Wow! Duck House is serving up some of the best food around!
We were there on a Saturday around 5p and our party of 4 waited about 30-40 minutes and there isnt a lot of room to wait. The staff were HUSTLING to turn tables around as quickly as possible.
Service was excellent and our dishes came out hot and fresh!
We ordered BBQ pork buns, pork dumplings, pan fried pork buns, Mongolian beef, Kung pao chicken, honey walnut shrimp (OMG ORDER THIS), and chicken broccoli.
5/5 for quality, taste, and portions large enough to take some home.
We'll definitely be back but on a less busy time. :)
