You order your meat and pay on one counter and then take your tray to a different counter for bbq preparation and then order your supplements and pay on a third counter.
This place isn't for the delicate souls or molecular gastronomy lovers.
You can easily encounter thieves and police officers, drug addicts and ambulance crews at the neighboring tables—but the showdowns between them are held elsewhere, so you won't get your car window broken or your phone stolen from the table.
I haven't been there for several years—in that time, the free salad disappeared, and the paid one isn't worth even the shekel or two they charge for it. The meat, however, is traditionally delicious and very inexpensive.

You don't come here for the atmosphere, you cone here because it's cheap.
I found myself spending a lot of time on lines so try to understand how this place works ahead of ordering, and order everything once per line (different lines for meat and extras).
The meat is decent. Very good value for the price - it's extremely cheap and it doesn't taste bad! Everything else costs similarly to other eateries.
The place itself, we'll, no expectations - no disappointments. It's clean, but that's about it.
I'd come here for lunch during a workday.

The place is not a fancy restaurant and you will have to purchase the meat yourself and deliver it to the grill man who will prepare it for you according to the order.
The selection of meats includes chicken skewers, kebabs, chicken livers, chicken hearts, wings, Mergaz sausages, foie gras, entrecote steak and more.
While the meat is being made for you, you can buy a portion of vegetable salad, hummus, pickles, pita bread, fresh fries and a drinks at the sales stands and grab a table in one of the halls.
The meat is always fresh and of high quality and the price of a skewer is worth every pocket and is a suitable competition for any restaurant in Israel. Apart from that, the authentic and original experience you will experience will accompany you long after your visit.
There is plenty of parking next to the restaurant and bus lines that stop right next door.
You can get guidance from the local residents, there are almost no residents who do not know the place.

Celebrated my sons Bar Mitzvah, and came with 60 hungry guests after the kotel… the restaurant was ready for us, cool room, looked amazingly beautiful and inviting, The service is outstanding and loving, the food is extraordinary and delicious, so many salads and spreads with special hand made pita bread were amazing and so much meats and food, everyone of our guests were greeted, received beer and wine, as well as soft drinks, without limits, and the meat was flowing in abundance!!! All of us were happy with the food and service!!! Over delivered and under promise, it’s just outstanding!!!
