No frills pasta joint! Flavorful, solid portions, high quality ingredients, and friendly service. My favorite dish was the rigatoni amatriciana - delicious sauce with quality guanciale. I also loved how pillowy and soft the pesto gnocchi were, paired with an excellent pesto sauce. The garganelli with lamb ragu was also a quality dish, but I preferred the other two pasta dishes personally. Nice for a quick pasta bite! Plus I appreciated the free cannoli for dessert - would return

Absolutely incredible dish. The lobster was fresh, tender, and perfectly cooked, with generous portions throughout the plate. The squid ink pasta was rich and flavorful, coated in a savory seafood sauce that tied everything together beautifully. Every bite tasted luxurious without feeling overly heavy. Everyone is so attentive. 10/10

We came from Arizona and did our research on an Italian restaurant with gluten free noodles for my sister. We waited patiently to come try this place and it was worth every minute. The pasta, service and atmosphere is all equally amazing.

The pasta was absolutely delicious and I will definitely be going back here whenever I’m in New York! The drinks were ok, nothing special. Staff were fast and kind! Update: came back here again and food is still outstanding! Staff were excellent as usual and they offered me a free dessert out of kindness! 10/10 recommend coming here

Very surprised after attending a small play on W 17th that no one would serve dinner after 10 p.m. but restaurants were full at the bars watching soccer. Until Pasta Eater greeted us warmly with a big YES! The warm and engaging service from three separate staff was unexpected along with the quick wine and quality tuna tartar. Fresh and large portions, we will be back AND tell everyone in the audience to join in over the next week as the play runs through the 9th. Thank you for my first night after traveling, welcoming us in and treating us so very well!
