I absolutely love Shang Artisan Noodle - Durango Resort! The beef noodle soup here is seriously one of my favorites. The noodles are perfectly hand-pulled, the broth is rich and flavorful, and the beef is so tender.
I’m from Colorado, and every time I visit Las Vegas, I make sure to stop by here I’ve been here 5 times already and it never disappoints!
The service is great, and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable. If you love authentic noodles, this place is a must-try.
We ordered the Shang beef noodle, Dan Dan noodle, and wontons. They might be authentic Chinese dishes, but I’m not very familiar with them, so they weren’t really my taste.
The receptionist was very attentive and friendly, and the food was prepared on time. Service was great. It might just be my personal preference.
Absolutely terrible experience! My friends and I ordered three bowls of noodles, but after waiting a full 20 minutes, only one bowl was served.
When we asked the server about it, they carelessly promised they would "make them right away," yet another 10 minutes passed and still no sign of the rest of our food. Complete lack of efficiency and basic accountability. Will definitely never come back!
All I can say is WOW!!! It’s a great experience to try the hands pull noodles from Shang Artisan Noodles at Durango Resort Casino. These noodles soups come with full of flavors, with broth that you can taste that been stewed overnight and plenty of variety of proteins depending on your preference. The restaurant’s atmosphere is well decorated with different Chinese folks music instruments on the wall, and hands pulled noodles shaped lanterns on the ceiling. It is very clean and well maintained professionally. The service is impeccable from the hostess to the service staffs. They all come with a smile and a «Thank You ». We were very happy to dine here and have a great experience. Come and try it out for yourself. I know you will not regret it.
Food is always solid here. Staff was loud, giggling and long random conversations in the staff corner while we were having our meal. I'm all for having a fun workspace but that that to the back.
