Imagine you finish your work with a very long and exhausting week, you go to this special and a bit secret place. All of sudden, it makes you relaxed and recovered with food and vibes. Yes, I'm talking about Double Standard. Located in Mahanakhon building on 5th floor. It is the hotel's Bistro. So, there is an elevator taking you directly to that floor. The design, food, smell, light, they just combine perfectly to make you feel relaxed and cozy in the same time. They have indoor, bar, and outdoor areas for you to select. You can enjoy your meal with your friends while seeing the night view of Bangkok clearly. I don't know how to say. This place is like a time machine to take you back to the past, freeze you there, and prevent you from hectic life outside for a certain point of time. Once you step in there, just forget the work and enjoy life with beloved ones. Regarding food, they have pasta, burgers, fries, and vegan choice as well. Drinks are also available with many types. Personally, I will definitely go back to this place again specifically on Friday night afterwork. That really means something to me.
Hidden in The Standard Bangkok hotel, this cool restaurant mixes great food with fun vibes. Inside you'll find pretty floor tiles, while outside offers a peaceful garden escape from the busy city. Parking is valet infront of the hotel, no other parking options available.
Their steak and amazing drinks keep people coming back (1+1 happy hour promotion when we went). Chicken with Chimchurri Sauce was so-so. The staff is super friendly, and you can sit inside or out depending on your mood.
At night, the place really comes alive—perfect for drinks with friends or a nice dinner date.

Ask for fresh cooked poached eggs - get reheated warm boiled egg. F&B manager should be embarrassed, coffee harsh taste, soup-noodle far too plain.

This bar is the second stop of our bar crawl. We had cocktails from the Fire element. And the drinks were spicier than normal but in a good way. We love it!
