This place recently opened very close to my home, and there had been long queues in front of it for a long time. Today there was no queue, so I decided to try it. The place was clean and well organised, and the chicken was very well cooked and delicious.
The only problem was that I noticed they used lettuce that had started to rot at the edges. That completely ruined all my positive thoughts about the place.
First time trying this place did not disappoint! The sauce is exquisite and the chicken is perfectly seasoned. We stood in line about 20 minutes but it was worth the wait. The servers are all very friendly and helpful.
Finally in London! A Successful First Visit to Chick-fil-A
I had been eager to visit the newly opened Chick-fil-A in London, but the notoriously long queues during the grand opening kept me away. Now that it has been open for about two months, the initial rush seems to have subsided. I visited on a weekday lunchtime and was pleased to be seated immediately with no waiting time at all.
Being a first-timer, I opted for the standard choice and ordered the No. 2 Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich Meal, accompanied by their signature Chick-fil-A sauce. The waffle fries were a standout highlight for me; their unique shape and crispy texture were much preferred over standard fries. The chicken sandwich itself lived up to its reputation—the chicken was remarkably tender and well-fried. I am thrilled to finally have Chick-fil-A in the UK and will certainly be a returning customer whenever a craving hits.
The venue is spread across two levels (the ground floor and the first floor). As a recently opened location, the interior is exceptionally clean, spacious, and provides a very pleasant dining environment. My only critique is the service speed; the food took a bit longer to arrive than expected. Given it is a fast-food establishment, I anticipated a quicker turnaround, but the quality of the meal ultimately made up for the slight delay.
Excited to be able to try this now the lines have died down a bit, service was outstanding the staff where so helpful welcoming and friendly. It was spotlessly clean in the restaurant and very well presented, the food was excellent it would be nice to see some more of the USA items come over but very happy that we have this. The deluxe chicken sandwich with the original sauce is delicious. Love the half and half.
Loved the fact that they bought staff over with them from the US to launch the store. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the food was fresh and tasty and they even had real Chick-fil-a sauce from the US. Nice touch 👌
