What was great: The food quality, accuracy and customer service were excellent! I ordered the Chick-fil-A Deluxe with Pepper Jack cheese and Mac and Cheese. The team members greeted you as you walked in and were friendly and attentive while placing my order. During my visit, the store was clean and inviting. The operator walked around and checked in on me and the other guests, which was great to see!
What can be improved on and concerns: Performance-wise, my dine-in order took about 14 minutes to make it to my table, although, it was the 1pm lunch rush and it was also difficult to find a table. After not finding an indoor table, I resorted to dining outside. Additionally, parking was also a concern, as it was difficult to find a parking space near the restaurant and the location doesn’t have extensive parking spaces for situations such as the lunch rush that I experienced today. While out of their control operationally, the location doesn’t seem to assist in the parking situation for Chick-fil-A or the neighboring hotels and car wash, which could also exacerbate issues and limit available parking.
Overall Thoughts: Great location for delicious food and customer service. For this review, I am being very lenient, as this is a new location and they are still getting in their groove and making the best out of the situation they were afforded.
I decided to give chikfila a try to see what all the hype is about. I AM BEYOND disappointed with Chick-fil-A!!
I ordered 3 burgers. 2 chifila delux and spicy delux. THIS IS THE SPICY DELUX I GOT!!! SOGGY BREAD AND SOGGY CHICKEN TOPPED WITH 2 PICKLES. Most disgusting spicy delux I’ve ever had. I knew I should’ve doubled checked it because the drive through system was SO SLOPPY!!!! Staff was unsure whos order was for who. I could’ve taken the bigger bags of meal the staff dropped off to me, but as a good person, I told them it wasn’t mines. I just TRUSTED CHIKFILA that the spicy delux was inside the smaller bag!! If there wasn’t so many cars waiting behind me and the parking lot wasn’t full, I would’ve just quickly checked it!!! NEVER AGAIN CHIKFILA.
I went to the restaurant an ordered for my family which was around 6 people. They were extremely patient when taking my big families order and kind to my kids. Everything was pretty clean compared to the other location I've been to which was a huge + Overall very nice will come again!
Beautiful new restaurant! We came to eat on their opening day and the workers were friendly, professional, and happy. We definitely enjoyed our experience and food.
