Lovely restaurant with good food and very nice staff. All the food was lovely apart from the Skate wing special which had a very strange taste (not sure it was that fresh).. we particularly liked the steak tartare and the large scallop starter which had a Thai curry sauce .
Only other negatives, we sat in a lovely both but felt it was slightly cramped, there is no phone service and although we were supplied a WiFi password the wifi itself didn’t work. Also very hot in the restaurant, It felt like the air conditioning was not working properly.
All in all, I recommend giving it a try.
One of the most tasty French plates I ever had, the food was amazing and delicious, service is amazing and makes you feel like you know this place for years.
Florin Anderi ( The Manager) and the chef were very hospitable.
Thanks for the amazing experience.

Chez Rose delivered one of those rare dining experiences where every single detail feels thoughtful and memorable. From the moment we arrived, the warm, attentive staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and the charming atmosphere instantly transported us to a cozy Parisian bistro tucked along a bustling side street in Paris.
We began with the tomato, stracciatella and peach salad, which was a revelation. The produce tasted as though it had been picked that very morning, and the sweetness of the peaches paired with the creamy stracciatella and vibrant tomatoes in a way that was both elegant and deeply satisfying.
The scallops with Café de Paris sauce were a standout - perfectly seared, delicate and sweet, elevated by a rich, herbaceous sauce that offered a delightful and unexpected twist. Then came the Dover sole with burnt butter sauce, which was nothing short of extraordinary. As someone from the Mediterranean, where exceptionally fresh seafood is a way of life, I can honestly say this was among the finest Dover sole dishes I have ever enjoyed: impeccably fresh, flawlessly cooked, and allowed to shine in its own right.
The chicken was remarkable here - so tender and succulent that it practically melted in our mouths. To finish, we shared the chocolate mousse drizzled with olive oil, a dessert that struck the perfect balance between indulgence and refinement.
The sommelier’s recommendation of a crisp white wine tied the entire meal together beautifully and proved to be the perfect finishing touch. Combined with the impeccable service and inviting ambiance, Chez Rose is a place that feels both special and effortlessly comfortable. Whether you’re planning a romantic date night or a long, leisurely lunch with friends, this is a restaurant I cannot recommend highly enough. A true 10/10 experience.

The best new restaurant in London - this hidden gem is going to be the chicest hideaway in London, perfect for long lunches, a romantic date night, family celebrations or dinner with the girls. I also love the larger areas for big groups, perfect for special occasions and birthdays. The venue is beautiful, every detail is exquisite - just like stepping foot into a Paris bistro or something like The Polo Bar in NYC. The vibe is immaculate but of course, the food is show stopping too. The chicken, egg, steak, snacks and the souffle - plus the wine menu is impeccable. Every detail has been beautifully curated for the best experience. Perfect ambience. A must visit if you're in London. Perfect from start to finish.

Wow, from the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the very friendly staff. We sat down and straight away offered iced water, which was needed after the train journey.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was incredible and we got chatting with the people on the next table who highly recommend the chocolate soufflé.
My daughter and I asked the waiter for advice on what to order, he was just so lovely and helpful and made us feel so comfortable. They didn’t rush us at all and looking at all the family photos makes this stunning restaurant very special.
We had the lobster cocktail & scallop to start which was absolutely DELICIOUS!
Then for our mains we had the beef and the Dover sole, again I cannot fault it at all, and of course on the recommendation of the friendly people next us it had to be the soufflé, we have never ever tasted something so yummy, 10/10 for the whole meal and service. Thank you Chez Rose for a wonderful Sunday lunch.
