Congratulations to the new owners in making this little treasure of a cafe their own! We stopped in for an afternoon treat and were very pleased with the service, hospitality and delicious food. My husband and I enjoyed muffins and smoothies that were delicious and fresh. We will certainly be returning to try some of the other items on their menu.
Absolutely incredible food. Really good espresso. We came from out of town and cant believe we found this little gem. Fast, friendly, many options. We came around 11 am on a Thursday in May so there weren't a lot of people either. Very cute place!
Perfect afternoon style cafe. Food was absolutely perfect, amazing vibes, family run, fairly priced, fun/interesting lattes and specials, honestly couldn't ask for a better cafe experience!!! I had the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and it was one of the best I ever had. Can't wait to come back!
As someone who travels often and owns a luxury travel agency, I’ve experienced cafés all around the world and I can honestly say that Cedarhurst Cafe served one of the best coffees I’ve ever had! Their Chocolate Mocha Latte was absolutely delicious.
What truly makes this place special is the atmosphere and the people. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to customize any coffee exactly how you like it. I had the pleasure of meeting Mike, who was exceptionally friendly and made the experience even more memorable.
I’m so excited to have found my new favorite café, and I’ll definitely be recommending Cedarhurst Cafe to my friends, family, and clients visiting New Haven.

Absolutely loved Cedarhurst Cafe. The food and coffee were incredible, the staff was so kind and welcoming, and the whole cafe was spotless with such great vibes. You can really tell they care about quality and creating a great experience. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommend!
